We use Canada Post for our online order shipments, delivery times vary by location and some exclusions apply.  All sales on cut fabrics are final. Exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis on unopened, unused notions. Our system is only capable of calculating shipping charges based on purchase value. Therefore, we reserve the right to contact you when items are oversized or shipping is outside general Canada/US & locations. We will let you know of any extended shipping fees and give you the option if you'd like to continue with your order. Orders are processed Wednesday to Saturday and are shipped or ready for pickup between 1 and 3 business days.
